Nel prezzo d'affitto sono compresi la luce, l'acqua e
il gas.
Sono da pagare a parte:

diritti d'agenzia pari al 15% + iva 22%;

imposta di registro se dovuta per legge

imposta di soggiorno
-
bollo di quietanza
Appartamenti tutti dotati di APE (Attestato prestazione
energetica) disponibile per la visione del cliente
presso la sede dell'Agenzia prima della prenotazione e
che verrà consegnata a richiesta del cliente a
prenotazione confermata.

Certification) available for the client's vision at the
